Terms & Conditions – Wisdom Tooth Consultation Promo

By booking or participating in this promotion, you agree to these terms and conditions.

1. Promotional period

The promotion is available for eligible Wisdom Tooth Consultations booked and attended from 17 August 2026 to 30 August 2026, inclusive (“Promotional Period”).

Eligible complex, surgical wisdom tooth and hyper-complex wisdom tooth extractions may be booked after the Promotional Period, provided they are booked within 30 days of the patient’s Wisdom Tooth Consultation and meet all other requirements of this promotion.

Dental 99 may extend, shorten, vary or withdraw the promotion at any time, subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

2. Where the promotion is available

The promotion is available only at the Dental 99 Sydney CBD clinic.

Consultations and treatment claimed under this promotion must be provided at the Sydney CBD clinic.

3. Complimentary Wisdom Tooth Consultation

Patients can receive a complimentary Wisdom Tooth Consultation, ordinarily $99, during the Promotional Period by using promo code 100OFF when booking.

New patients must book online through the Dental 99 new patient booking link and enter promo code 100OFF at the time of booking.

Existing Dental 99 patients must book their consultation through the Dental 99 app and use promo code 100OFF.

The Wisdom Tooth Consultation is a standalone appointment to assess your wisdom teeth, discuss your options and determine whether treatment may be appropriate. It cannot be booked together with other treatment.

No consultation credit is applied towards future treatment.

If you do not attend your scheduled Wisdom Tooth Consultation, you will be charged the standard $99 consultation fee.

4. Promotional extraction prices

Following clinical assessment, eligible extractions are available at the following promotional prices:

No promo code is required for the $99 simple extraction price.

To receive the advertised discounted price for a complex extraction, surgical wisdom tooth extraction, hyper-complex wisdom tooth extraction or four-tooth hyper-complex package, the patient must:

use promo code TOOTH50; and
book the eligible treatment within 30 days of their Wisdom Tooth Consultation.

Treatment booked outside the 30-day period will not be eligible for the applicable TOOTH50 discounted price.

5. Extraction categories

The extraction category is determined by the treating clinician following a clinical assessment. Patients cannot select the extraction category or promotional price themselves.

Simple extraction: A straightforward, non-surgical extraction where the tooth is generally fully erupted and accessible and can be removed using standard extraction techniques.

Complex extraction: A more difficult extraction that may require additional techniques such as tooth sectioning, more involved extraction techniques or oral surgery. Complex extractions may apply to wisdom teeth or other teeth.

Surgical wisdom tooth extraction: Surgical removal of an unerupted, partially erupted or impacted wisdom tooth. Treatment may require gum access, tooth sectioning, bone removal or other oral surgery techniques.

Hyper-complex wisdom tooth extraction: A particularly difficult surgical wisdom tooth extraction that may involve significant bone removal, complex tooth sectioning, difficult anatomy or proximity to important structures such as nerves.

The complexity and category of an extraction can only be confirmed following clinical assessment and any imaging considered necessary by the treating clinician.

6. Surgical wisdom tooth extraction inclusions

The promotional price of $446 per tooth for an eligible surgical wisdom tooth extraction includes:

the surgical wisdom tooth extraction;
local anaesthetic administered by the treating clinician; and
oral sedation where clinically suitable.

Any inclusions associated with other extraction categories will be confirmed in your treatment plan before treatment is booked.

7. What is not included

Unless expressly included in your treatment plan or stated above, additional services are charged separately.

These may include:

additional imaging or X-rays;
prescribed medications;
alternative sedation options; and
any additional clinical services required based on your individual circumstances.

Any additional fees will be explained and included in your treatment plan before you proceed.

8. Sedation

For eligible surgical wisdom tooth extractions under this promotion, oral sedation may be provided where clinically suitable.

Twilight sedation and IV sedation are not included in the promotional extraction prices.

Suitability for sedation is determined by the treating clinician and may depend on your medical history, treatment requirements and individual circumstances.

9. Clinical suitability

All consultations, extraction categories and treatment recommendations are subject to clinical assessment.

Not all patients or teeth will be suitable for every type of extraction or promotional price.

Your treating clinician will determine:

whether an extraction is clinically appropriate;
which extraction category applies;
whether additional treatment or services are required; and
your final treatment plan and price.

Nothing in this promotion guarantees that an extraction or any other treatment will be recommended or provided. All clinical decisions are made by the treating clinician based on your individual circumstances and clinical needs.

10. Booking discounted treatment

To receive the TOOTH50 discounted price for an eligible:

complex extraction;
surgical wisdom tooth extraction;
hyper-complex wisdom tooth extraction; or
four-tooth hyper-complex wisdom tooth extraction package,

the treatment must be booked within 30 days of the patient’s Wisdom Tooth Consultation and promo code TOOTH50 must be applied.

For example, if a patient attends their Wisdom Tooth Consultation on 20 August 2026, their eligible treatment must be booked within 30 days of that consultation to receive the applicable TOOTH50 discounted price.

Treatment booked outside the 30-day period will be charged at the applicable standard fee unless otherwise agreed by Dental 99.

The $99 simple extraction price does not require promo code TOOTH50.

11. Four-tooth hyper-complex package

The promotional price of $1,799 for four hyper-complex wisdom tooth extractions, reduced from $1,999, applies only where four wisdom teeth are clinically assessed and classified as eligible for the applicable package.

To receive the $1,799 promotional package price, the treatment must be booked within 30 days of the patient’s Wisdom Tooth Consultation and promo code TOOTH50 must be used.

Where fewer than four teeth require hyper-complex extraction, the applicable per-tooth promotional price will apply.

12. General conditions

The complimentary Wisdom Tooth Consultation is available once per patient during the Promotional Period.

Promotional extraction pricing is subject to clinical suitability and the requirements set out in these terms and conditions.

The promotion cannot be used in conjunction with another offer, discount or promotion unless Dental 99 agrees otherwise in writing.

The offer is not transferable, cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash and has no cash value.

Dental 99 may refuse or withdraw a promotional discount where the offer or promotional code is being misused or where treatment is not clinically appropriate.

13. Health funds

Any private health fund rebate depends on your level of cover, the treatment provided and your health fund’s rules.

Patients should check directly with their private health fund regarding available rebates and any out-of-pocket costs.

14. Your consumer rights

Nothing in these terms and conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
